Shipping & delivery

Bionatursport delivers its products to all European Countries: shipping charges can be evaluated before the payment using the "Estimate of the shipping cost and taxes" box in the “My cart” page. The invoice is sent by email to the customer within 24 hours from the order reception. “Bartolini” courier delivers the products and sends the tracking code of the package by email within 48 hours from the order (week-end excluded). The tracking code is not available for shipping of goods outside Italy.

Bionatursport doesn't share customers' personal information with other companies or organisations. For further details, please read here.

Returns & replacements

Customers can demand the return or the replacement of goods for any reason following the information below:

  • The return procedure has to be opened within ten days from the purchase date using this contact form: contact us
  • The returned products, perfectly unopened and carefully packaged, have to be sent within 30 days from the opening of the return procedure

After the receipt of the products, Bionatursport will refund or replace the goods reserving the right to reject any return that doesn't respect the above-mentioned requirements.

Orders and check of the orders

It's possible to buy Bionatursport products as simple guests or as registered users. Customers can check the orders using the control panel or consulting the following form.

Payment methods

Bionatursport products can be bought by using Credit Card (including prepaid cards) or using a PayPal account. In both cases, Bionatursport makes use of PayPal, a fast and safe standard service for online payments. Credit Card information is managed only by PayPal and is not preserved by Bionatursport. All products' prices and shipping chargesinclude VAT.
